Becoming a Member

Who Can Join? If you served on the USS John C. Calhoun (SSBN-630) anytime during her 30 years of service to our country you are eligible to join the USS John C. Calhoun (SSBN-630) Veterans Association. We also have associate and honorary memberships which you can read about in our bylaws and, if you still have questions, contact us for answers.

Annual dues are $10.00 and cover a period from 1 January through 31 December. To reduce the administrative burden of annual dues collection, all dues will be collected in two year increments ($20). Members whose dues are unpaid on 1 April will be denied access to the “Members Only” portions of the website unless extenuating circumstances prevail.

How Can You Join? Now there are two ways to join. The easiest method is to use our sercure, online, membership and dues payment. The other method is to print the Membership form, fill in the information and mail to our Treasurer (address on the form), along with your dues of $20. You can join for multiple years if you like. Benefits of Joining: New members will receive the necessary email/password codes for entering the JCCVA Members Lounge where you can post/read items submitted by other JCCVA members. Additionally, as a Membership gift, we are offering a beautiful, metal, lapel pin featuring the JCC logo with the Veterans Association text arrayed around the logo. Membership in the JCCVA also entitles you to attend our bi-annual reunions.
